Refund policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
To start a return, you can contact us at bigboystoyshelpline@gmail.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged Items:
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide us with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. Once we receive your request, we will either refund your order or send out a new product to you at no additional cost.
Incorrect Orders:
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order. We will gladly send out the correct item to you at no additional cost. If the correct item is out of stock, we will provide you with a full refund or give you the option to select a different product of equal value.
Please note that we may ask you to return the incorrect or damaged item to us. We will cover the cost of return shipping in this situation.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
